Power Chord Progressions
The next chord progression we will look at is another form of 'G' to 'E.' We have changed the voicing of the 'G' chord, and reversed the order of the two chords.
'G' Power Chord:

'E' Power Chord:

In this example, you have to shift from index on the 10th fret to index on the 7th fret. This is a shift of three frets.
The 'G' chord and 'E' chord both have their roots on the 5th (A) string.
