4 Chord Progressions
Next, we'll look at an another alternate voicing for the 'A - E - G - D' progression we saw in Example 7, and in Example 12. We will use the same Microsong track you played with in Example 7. We will use a different 'A' chord form from the one in Example 7.
This example uses an 'E' power chord with the lowest string open. It also uses an 'A' power chord with the 5th (A) string open. Use your index finger to fret at the 2nd fret for both the 'E' and 'A' chord forms.
