Hand Conditioning Here are photos of most of the hand postures that we looked at in this chapter. Hold these hand positions for one minute each. This will help loosen up your left hand, and other muscle groups in your arm.
These positions don't involve any movement. Your hands stay completely still. You don't have to play anything with your right.
This is the fastest, easiest way to condition your hands. You should see noticeable results after just a few sessions of 10 minutes each. Do these exercises as you're for watching TV. They don't require any thought or concentration.
