Video 2 - A Minor 7 - A Two Finger Chord In open position, this is an A minor 7 chord. With the capo at the 5th fret, this is a D minor 7 chord. It's a minor 7th shape, regardless of where you play it on the neck.

The Am7 chord uses two fingers. Use your index on the 1st fret, and your middle or ring finger on the 3rd fret.
The 'X' next to the 'Low E' means 'don't play the low E string.'
